Returns & Exchanges

 

It‘s bummed to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept Exchange postmarked within 10 days from the purchase date and we have made the returns so easy for you! Please Note SALE Stock Cant be returned, Exchanged or Refunded as it is final clearance sale

Process for self-help return

  1. Sign into your SOLES account.
  2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Exchange Item” button.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to Exchange, indicate the reasons, and submit.
  4. Select the mailing method: self-sending  (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
  5. Take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of SOLES Exchange center.
  6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to you SOLES wallet .

 

Return with the help of customer service

  1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to Exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  2. After receiving Exchange instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be exchanged with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most Exchange are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your SOLES wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

*If your order is paid by COD, then your wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, it can be used together with coupon code and points on your next purchase.

Return Conditions

Products Bought During Sale Are Not liable for Return, Refund, or Exchanged ( These are Final Clearance Stock ) 

We only accept Exchange postmarked within 10 days from the purchase date.

Orders must be delivered.

The address of the recipient must be in India.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Refunds

Exchange will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your SOLES Wallet . If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.

Pick-up service charge will be deducted from total Exchange and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.

All COD & Paid orders shall be refunded in terms of discount voucher worth the return value.

Note: COD & Paid service charges are non-refundable.

Return Address

If you wish to exchange the items, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do send your return to the address on your package.
