Return/Exchange Policy

At SOLES, we want you to step out in confidence with every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Returns:
  • Footwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns initiated within 7 days of receiving the order are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange your footwear for a different size or color, simply contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges for size or color are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be provided as per our return policy.
  • If we inadvertently ship the wrong color, we will gladly exchange it for the correct color at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the footwear, preferably in its original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package
  3. Ship the footwear back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the returned footwear and verify its condition, we'll promptly process your refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined criteria.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • SOLES cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
